Job Length: 3 month full-time contract with potential full-time employment

Based: Remote with weekly face-to-face meetings within downtown Toronto

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, ambitious individual who has an Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for Digital Marketing. We are looking for someone who is willing to expand their knowledge of online marketing, including learning about copywriting, web design, sales funnels, traffic generation, and more.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and experienced with managing digital marketing projects for a variety of clients.

Your Role:

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for managing various client projects from the onboarding stage to the delivery stage. Your role will include:

• Client expectation management
• Ongoing client support
• Recruit and manage a team of freelancers to deliver on client projects
• Have weekly meetings with the management team to report on progress of projects
• Work with WCD team to grow the business and acquire new clients
• Take new digital marketing courses and trainings to improve client results

Key responsibilities:

• You’ll be supporting key team members in a “start-up” environment
• You’ll report to the CEO and President of Sales.
• You will work in several areas of our business and therefore you need to be open minded and entrepreneurial
• The work will be varied and project based, with the majority of tasks revolving around conversion optimization and traffic generation for our clients
• A typical week as the Project Manager could include weekly meetings with the WCD team, submitting client update reports to the team and to individual clients, recruiting and managing new freelancers to ensure project deadlines are met, working with the WCD team to strategize client projects, and more.
• When you join the team, you will be part of core team of three people and a handful of freelancers that you will manage
• In terms of technologies you’re likely to be using a CRM platform, a Project Management platform, various digital marketing tools
