Digital Marketing Lead full-time

Fountainhead is a TTL marketing agency in the Cayman Islands working with a broad base of blue chip clients in Cayman and Jamaica.  We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead, who will work together with the Account Lead and and the Creative Lead to develop and execute omni-channel strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities will include:  planning and executing inbound marketing and social media strategies, SEO development, and display advertising, as well as analytics (measuring and reporting) for a wide variety of clients.

Do you have a degree in marketing?  Work experience, preferably with big brands in digital?  Agency experience?  Are you creative and yet practical - can you come up with creative campaigns that engage, inform and move consumers through the sales funnel?  Are you familiar with inbound marketing platforms?  Do you have a solid knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools?  How about Google Adwords?  Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints?  Do you have strong analytical skills and are you a data-driven thinker?  Are you up to date on the latest trends and best practices in digital comms?  Do you want to live in the beautiful Cayman Islands?
