As the Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing belairdirect’s digital media strategy. You will work closely with the other members of a talented, dynamic, results-driven web team to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Orchestrate and execute display, video and other advertising campaigns, including determining production needs and technical specifications , reviewing advertising material, campaign trafficking, setting up tests and lists and launching
Continually improve campaign performance, communicate results and identify opportunities to increase conversions
Work with the analyst to plan investments, estimate results, plan tests, create and present campaign reports
Work with agencies and partners to develop campaigns, oversee their implementation and ensure consistency
Work with project manager to identify production needs related to creative material
Build the interactive marketing strategy by identifying, recommending and testing new platforms, channels, targeting, messaging, etc.
Work with the web, marketing and other multidisciplinary teams on company-wide projects
Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape and keep an eye on new web platforms and trends.
Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s or equivalent) in e-commerce, business administration or equivalent field
2 – 3 years of experience in buying, management and optimization of digital campaigns, preferably display performance, video and/or programmatic campaigns
Knowledge of online advertising and DSP platforms such as Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, DBM, TubeMogul, etc.
Good understanding of the aims of each of the various digital marketing techniques, including programmatic, banners, online video, mobile and social media
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, Webtrends, etc.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Bilingual, spoken and written
Able to work well independently and to excel as part of a team
Detail - oriented
Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications an asset
Familiar with ad servers
Passionate about the web.
