Wired Messenger, a North American leader in digital marketing solutions is currently looking for new talent to join their fast growing company. We are currently expanding our client services team and looking to fill multiple positions.

What we are looking for:

A very personable, experienced, client facing Account Manager to lead eMarketing projects and deliver outstanding customer service and proactive account management support.  You will develop and deepen client relationships by delivering client digital needs and will identify and grow new business opportunities from existing client accounts.  Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationship with client, overall client satisfaction and your ability to increase revenue with your existing client group.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide legendary client satisfaction levels by building and maintaining a strong client rapport and providing ongoing added value to a defined client group
  • Anticipate and resolve client problems/issues; incident report management
  • Provide flawless execution to deliver on the client's digital strategy
  • Understand the clients’ business model and digital strategy to grow and expand the business relationship
  • Develop, present and review annual plans, campaign or curriculum recommendations as required
  • Create business plans and actionable targets and forecasting expected business results
  • Client Communications: Client Status Meetings, Internal Status Reports, support billing management
  • End to end client relationship management e.g. onboarding process, managing ongoing client campaigns
  • Support development of project marketing briefs

What you must have:

  • Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing experience (email, social, etc.) in a technology environment
  • Understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and technology
  • Demonstrated ability to create and present business reviews to both clients and internal executives
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships and leading contractual renewal discussions with senior level client relationships in medium to large sized firms
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing book of business with expected annual revenues over $50k
  • Ability to create marketing briefs, creative briefs, technical requirement documents and the experience to communicate those documents affectively to internal colleagues and clients
  • Experience working with developers, project managers and support departments
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in forecasting business and creating business plans
  • Strong project leadership and presentation skills
  • College or University undergraduate degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Information Technology (or equivalent).
