Take your creative prowess to the greater heights! The Creative Director takes a dynamic part in leading the creation of cross-channel campaigns that include advertising, social media, print collateral and digital marketing. This person works closely with peers of different disciplines within the organization and leads an ensemble of creative teams of agencies, copywriters and designers to produce jaw-dropping results.


  • Work closely with Marketing Managers to define clear objectives for project teams for conceptual development, visual design, branding, illustration and photo programs for specific products and online marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Marketing Leaders and Business Leaders on convergent advertising campaigns, brainstorming ideas and delivering projects as required
  • Participate in research, strategy briefings and agency client meetings
  • Develop concepts supplied by personnel into strategies and creative advertising
  • Lead creative process and responsible for the direction of creative team members
  • Understand client's business, brand and marketing objectives, proactively contributing to its evolution and success
  • Use the latest techniques and technology to expand the company’s reputation as a leader in relentlessly effective marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Participate in market research, competition analysis  and branding
  • Research appropriate visual style for targeted profile
  • Mentor talent and support a learning organization
  • Understand the “big picture” of the project and how it fits into both the full consumer experience and brand campaign
  • Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail


  • Solid vision and passion for the evolution of integrated advertising
  • Ability to influence coworkers and clients
  • Strong desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong marketing concepts and solutions through thoughtful management
  • At least 8+ years of experience as a trusted design resource in an advertising or promotions agency
  • Extensive experience in managing creative teams
  • Outstanding creative, project, organizational, business and leadership skills
  • Superior communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Enjoys and supports collaborative environments
