JOB DUTIES:

• Draft website content designed to meet SEO and optimizing goals
• Create & Develop Marketing Content
• Write, format and edit content for print materials, e-blasts, product videos, e-newsletters, social media, and press releases ensuring brand message consistency across all channels.
• Produce high-quality content quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Write, plan and deliver promotional content geared towards target audience
• Research best practises for client facing written content
• Standardize Internal & External Communications
  • Edit and update current written material for all departments
  • Collaborate with internal departments and prepare documentation as required
  • Participate in the development of online technical communication material
  • Perform advanced document formatting consistent with brand standards and guidelines

TRAVEL: No travel required.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an asset
• Strong organization skills and great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills required; fluent English & French (oral & written) required.
• Ability to translate from English to French is required
• Strong creative and professional writing skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
• Excellent knowledge of web-based applications and online social media platforms

Required Experience

• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in technical writing, communications, journalism, media, marketing and/or corporate affairs
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or related field
