As a Business Marketing Manager at Eastlink, you are a key contributor to the business marketing team and will help to identify and driving marketing initiatives which will enable Eastlink to continue and build upon its success in the small and medium business segments. In collaboration with the Business Product Manager and Business Sales management team and other key stakeholders you are accountable for proactively developing and implementing market strategies to acquire and retain business customers. You will analyze marketplace trends, customer needs, and work with financial models. Responsible for testing and evaluating new marketing initiatives, the Business Marketing Manager will be involved throughout the complete project life cycle up to and including implementation. You will take a forward thinking approach ensuring follow through on project execution, channel impacts, evaluation as well as research requirements with the ultimate goal of achieving the organization’s objectives in mind.
As the ideal candidate you will have post secondary education focused in marketing coupled with at least five (5) years of experience in business to business marketing. You are strong communicator and collaborative in your approach. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, you consistently act with the customer in mind. Creative and passionate about the work that you do, you are analytical, adaptable, and detail orientated. You achieve results and your success is a direct result of your ability to move projects forward and inspire actions in others.
