As a Business Enablement Representative with Ledcor, you will be part of an elite sales team, supporting the implementation of the TELUS PureFibreTM network that is connecting Western Canadian communities to the fastest and most consistent Internet technology. The TELUS PureFibre network is enabling the technology of the future, driving innovation in small business, healthcare and education while fueling economic growth. This new fibre optic infrastructure is also the backbone of TELUS’ wireless network enabling even more cell phone capacity and speed for customers. You will be responsible for selling business telecommunications solutions to small and medium size customers within a defined geography. Responsibilities

  • Collect permissions and create awareness of Project within a defined geography
  • Build intimate relationships by understanding the needs of each customer
  • Build a positive brand presence with each customer touchpoint
  • Drive awareness and excitement about the pending build - Installation
  • Identify true market opportunity and note variances (disqualified premises)
  • Gather and identify any sales opportunity
  • Enable early detection and resolution of escalations
  • Employ effective need creation sales techniques to build and drive opportunities.
  • Provide progress reports, updates, and sales data using Excel
  • Provide forecast, funnel hygiene, target/objective updates to deliver on all territory plans and team annual targets.
  • Participate in sales training and mentorship
  • Participates in the review of: Systems Prospectus (Systems Requirements Analysis), Systems Delivery Specs, User Procedure Documents, Training Documents
  • May perform other related duties as required

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
  • Energetic and driven individual with a positive personality
  • Target minded people that have goals and are willing to work hard to achieve them
  • High level of integrity that are committed to serving their clients
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, relationship building and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record for determination and triumph when faced with rejection
  • Willingness to live and work in communities throughout Western Canada

Work Conditions

  • Travel required to job locations in Western Canada
  • 100 % Commission with opportunity for advancement to salary and commission for Territory Sales Representative position
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
