The successful candidate will have a strong desire to advance their career in sales and account management. This is an intermediate level position with opportunity for development and growth. The BDR will play a critical role in achieving our business objectives. You must be comfortable making calls, asking questions, qualifying prospects, and scheduling product demonstrations. The goal is to educate and book appointments / demos for the sales team, with qualified. Whether you are working a lead that came through our site or seeking upsell opportunities from our current client base, you will be driven by accurately qualifying the leads, focusing on priorities, and implementing a scalable process.

  • Responsibilities

    • Work with marketing to create and establish new communication channels (chat, email campaigns, conferences, direct mail)
    • Calling potential “good fit” prospects
    • Qualify prospects through asking discovery questions
    • Seek to understand the prospect’s problems
    • Briefly describe our product and benefits to pique interest
    • Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct a personalized product demo
    • Research accounts, identify key decision maker contact information
    • Understand and use our technical support group to answer potential customer questions as required
    • Maintain excellent communications with our Sales and Marketing team
  • Qualifications

    • Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
    • Be comfortable communicating with executives
    • Possess poise and confidence and the ability to think quickly
    • Previous outbound telephone sale experience is helpful, but not necessary
    • Experience using (CRM) software (preferred but not required)
    • Self-motivated, action oriented
    • Excellent communication, organization, time management, problem solving and follow-up skills

    Training and guidance will be provided, but the ability to learn quickly is imperative. The successful candidate will be competitive, results, driven, confident, articulate, friendly and resilient.
