As the Business Development Manager you are accountable for growing and maintaining our current clients and accounts within our owned and operated performance products. You will also grow new business for our current and ever changing portfolio of products. This role is a great opportunity to play to your strengths. Here are a few we are looking for:

The day to day of what you will be working on:
Prospecting new leads and business opportunities.
Generating new relationships to grow the business.
Nurturing and strengthening existing relationships.
Ensuring the successful execution of Agreements and Insertion Orders for each new client, working hand in hand with our Legal Team.
Creating pitch/presentation decks for various partners to close the deal.
Assisting in the on-boarding process and technical implementations when required to get things going.
Working with the Business, Marketing and Product Teams to identify and take advantage of new market trends and opportunities.
Working with Accounting to make sure Accounts Receivable are in order and as clean as possible.
Researching competitors to see what they are doing and to coming up with new ideas.
Working with the Manager of Product Marketing to ensure maximized client success and continued company profit growth.
Maintaining the content and process of our CRM.
Traveling is required to conferences and trade shows to represent Redbrick on many occasions a year.
