With our company experiencing rapid growth and our desire to maintain and ensure this step trajectory, we’re looking to add 2 Business Development Managers (a seasoned sales professional and a excited junior professional) to our team to manage and grow business within new and existing customers

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is a strong sales professional, recognized as a self-started, for driving results, for easily building and maintaining relationship, as well as for being a hunter. The role of the Business Development Manager is to acquire new business, and expand current portfolios. This person must make deals with new businesses by networking, cold calling, advertising, and any other means of generating interest from potential clients. Once contact has been made, it is the responsibility of the Business Developer to persuasively present pitches that will convince perspective clients to do business with Lead Giant. Additionally, the Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the portfolios of current clients, ensuring that new and relevant opportunities are brought to their attention as to grow their accounts.

In greater details, this role consists of:

  • Building key customer relationships while identifying business opportunities that will lead to an increase in sales;
  • Negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions;
  • Developing successful advertising partnerships with affiliate networks as well as businesses that could benefits from a pay per call solutions;
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue goals, through account development and new business;
  • Working with colleagues to ensure that opportunities are fully leveraged and the very best pay per call advertisement is secured;
  • Creating and developing business processes that will help generate revenue for the company;
  • Conducting professional sales presentations;
  • Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences;
  • Submitting weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

  • For the seasoned role, we are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience in a sales “hunter” role and preferably in a similar industry (marketing pay per call)
  • For the more junior role, we are looking for someone who has 1+ year of experience in a sales “hunter” role and a desire to work in a the marketing pay per call industry
  • Must have a hunter mentality
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and ambitious with a desire to ‘win’
  • A proven ability to plan, develop, and execute online sales strategies to meet quarterly goals
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to achieve results while working among a team and individually.
  • Ability to travel on company business, attend client functions and professionally represent the company
