As the Business Development Manager, you will help lead and grow the Business Development team in the Mid-market and Enterprise spaces. This role will be a key contributor to driving the achievement of quarterly and yearly targets.

What you will do

  • Coach, mentor, and advise Business Development Representatives on prospecting and pipeline best practices
  • Oversee a high volume of prospecting activity utilizing a variety of methods and technologies to lead to closed deals
  • Track daily activity and sales progress in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the Vena team throughout the sales cycle including Business Development, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Implementation
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently and ensure accurate and timely sales reporting
  • Develop ongoing team and individualized training programs
  • Provide continuous learning and feedback opportunities tailored to each Business Development Representative

Does this sound like you?

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Development Manager or Team Lead capacity, preferably in the CPM space
  • Proven sales track record alongside knowledge of SaaS sales lifecycle
  • Hold a Bachelors of Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
