Reporting to the Director, Mass Market this position is responsible for driving the embracement of ATB Investor Services (ATBIS) Group Investment Services in the market. By leveraging both internal and external networks, the incumbent will work closely with employers to promote and facilitate the subscription of GIS services within their business.  Success will be found in net relationships, accounts under management along with increasing net assets under administration contributing directly to ATBIS’ business results.

The GIS-BDM will serve as the primary contact to current and prospective clients by serving as the singular contact for sourcing, signing, onboarding, and relationship management. By maintaining the highest standard of customer service, the GIS-BDM will maintain, grow and promote the subscription of Group Investment Services.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Sales and relationship management experience
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Levels of collaboration, negotiation, influencing and motivational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with public speaking and delivering presentations
  • The ability to prioritize activities and excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Some post secondary education preferred or equivalent related experience
  • Industry or group investment services experience (3-5 years)
  • Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook + 90 days (considered an asset)
  • Wealth Management experience (considered an asset)
