Description

The "Business Development Manager" is responsible for increasing awareness of We Care Home Health in the commuinity and building profitable sales for the province of Alberta specifically Calgary, Red Deer Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. Under the supervision of the Regional Director and Director of Marketing & Business Development.  This will include developing regional market strategies, building business relationships, overseeing local advertising, participating in converences and trade shows and generating sales growth in new and innovative ways throughout Alberta. Travel will be involved.  Position available immediately.

Experience

Should be experienced in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and publishing programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing & minimum of 2 years outside sales experience or a minimum of 3-6 years demonstrated success in conceptual/solution based selling within a value-added enviornment. Must have excellent organizational, written and oral communication, listening and presentation skills.   High degree of integrity and ability to quickly develop customer relationships required. Must possess the ability to design develop, write and effectively communicate reports, proposals and sales strategies.
