We are currently seeking two (2) energetic, detailed, self-starters to join our fast paced Business Development and Marketing team.  Please be advised, these positions are available in Toronto and Ottawa.


The incumbent’s responsibilities may include and are not limited to the following:

  • Provide support for business development and marketing managers and events team
  • Coordinate with marketing functional experts within the firms marketing shared services group (e.g. design, digital, advertising, internal communications, media) to plan and deliver business development and marketing projects, campaigns and tactics in support of specific groups
  • Coordinate business development trips for teams of professionals, with a focus on researching and synthesizing information to help ensure the success of a trip at the front-end, and follow-up of business development leads at the back-end
  • Gather information for weekly communications and report on editorial activities and speaking engagements for specific practice groups and industry focussed teams
  • Coordinate agendas and organise meetings for specific national groups and teams
  • Organize, coordinate and facilitate firm-wide newsletter subscriptions, distribution lists, meetings and special events
  • Any other duties as required


Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Ability to liaise with all levels of staff with professionalism, tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to collaborate, excel and deliver outcomes in a virtual team environment
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills (ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines)
  • Exceptional time management, written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc) with experience using CRM Database (InterAction)
  • Client service oriented (internal and external)
  • Proactive self-starter who is detail oriented and analytical
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset


  • Degree in business, communications and/or a marketing-related discipline


  • Two to five years of experience in the coordination and execution of business development and marketing communications projects and tactics, preferably in the context of a professional services organization
