- Prospect and develop new business.
- Provide marketing ideas to grow client business through radio airtime.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship - contracts, billing, & collections.
- Operate within the Rogers sales guidelines
- Minimum 1 year in direct sales experience.
- Strong prospecting, selling and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with energy, ideas, discipline and enthusiasm.
- Able to work independently; yet a strong team player.
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Computer competency a must, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Working knowledge in AirWare, RTS and Wide Orbit an asset.
