The role of the Account Coordinator is to execute and complete projects according to strict deadlines. As the pulse of our projects, you set the rhythm by which successful initiatives will be measured.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate interactive programs and online campaigns from conception to launch
  • Coordinate communication between staff and third parties acting on behalf of the clients
  • Work closely with our Project Management and production teams to produce successful campaigns
  • With the help of the Project Management team, ensure that project objectives, timelines and milestones are met
  • Responsible for proactively communicating changes in project scope to the Project Management team, identify potential problems and escalate to your direct supervisor
  • Proactively strive to raise the quality and profile of client programs in general
  • Assist the Project Management team in building the project requirements and documentation
  • Execute various administrative work
  • In coordination with the Marketing Services team, help develop and assist on different reporting methodology and post-program reports
  • Execute quality control throughout the project’s life cycle
  • Assist the Account Supervisor in activities that are crucial to flawless execution, including: Research, meeting coordination, QA website development and/or deliverables, creation of content decks and gathering of assets
  • Ensure positive and long-lasting ongoing relationships with both clients and internal teams
  • Act as a guide and resource to team members with less experience

What You Will Bring

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English. A working knowledge of French will be considered a strong asset
  • University degree or college diploma in the field of marketing
  • 1-2 years direct work experience in a account or project coordination capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, preferably in a web marketing environment
  • Ability to think interactively
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Responsible and autonomous
  • Ambitious, outgoing and a team player
  • Ability to deal with stress, pressure and tight deadlines
  • Creative and innovative in approach
  • Some travel or overtime may be required
