Pink Elephant Marketing is looking for an Account Coordinator/Executive Assistant with 2-3 years experience in a marketing role. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter but also gets along with others. Strong organizational and problem solving skills, as well as attention to detail are a must.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Relevant job experience in a Account Coordinator/Executive Assistant or similar role
• Ability to managing multiple projects to tight timelines in a fast paced cross-functional team environment
• Strategic exposure and proven strategic sensibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimal direction at times; self starter, resourceful problem-solver
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Account Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

• Create marketing plans
• Manage marketing campaigns for several clients
• Maintaining relationships clients
• Look for growth opportunities within the current clients base
• Coordinate team deliverables
• Create work back schedules
• Gather project assets and requirements from clients
• Coordinate with outside vendors
• Some sales reporting

Additional Executive Assistant Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate schedule
• Field calls
• Take minutes in meetings
• Draft and manage emails
• Provide some team support such as getting coffee, lunch, booking dinners and travel, etc.
