We respect your privacy. Your information will never be rented or sold to anyone outside of FreshGigs.ca. We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications of information that we feel you may find useful.

We hate SPAM as much as anyone and will safeguard your email and other personal information. Note that other members may contact you through the messaging system. Notify us immediately if you are receiving excessive emails from any member and we will look into the matter right away.

Some of the information that you use to register (such as your name, area of specialization(s), etc) may be used to create a public profile for you to showcase your skills.  Once registered you may edit this information, however it must be accurate. You will also have the chance to add additional information to complete your professional profile.

If you wish any information not to be displayed publicly it is your responsibility to not publish it or remove it. If you have a problem doing so please notify us through the contact page.

For Companies: Once you post a project on FreshGigs.ca your contact information (all that is submitted) is generally kept confidential. Of course, if you've provided an email address for the job seeker to reply to that will be shared with registered members. No fear, we respect your privacy.

For Job Seekers: FreshGigs.ca is not responsible in any shape, manner, or form for how your information is used once you apply for a job. To be clear on this, know that any information that you provide is potentially visible by the public and FreshGigs.ca can not be held liable for how that information is used by any other party, website, search spider or other collector of information.

FreshGigs.ca may send you emails from time to time to communicate new job opportunities, discounts on job postings, etc. We respect your privacy and value your time.
