Vidyard is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to increase our organic search traffic. As the head of the SEO program you will be responsible for creating and executing the SEO strategy for both onsite and offsite optimization. We are looking for a highly analytical and creative strategist who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams to achieve our SEO objectives. A track record of success as a lead SEO is essential to this role.

As a SEO Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute a successful SEO strategy

• Align the SEO strategy with the overall marketing strategy to achieve company objectives

• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams

• Perform technical SEO audits to identify onsite & offsite issues and opportunities

• Work with the content team to optimize website content and blog posts

• Work with developers and engineers to implement and QA technical recommendations

• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

• Stay current with the latest trends in SEO and inbound marketing strategies and tactics

To be an effective team member, you will have:

• Proven track record of success as an SEO Manager in a competitive industry

• Expert knowledge of current SEO and inbound marketing practices

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Experience creating SEO reports and dashboards

• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Analytical and can derive strategic insights from data
