We’re looking for a sharp, tenacious, dynamic marketing maverick to join our team. We need you to dominate in our space, get out there and tell the world who we are, and what sets us apart!
A passionate firecracker, you’re not afraid to have a voice, and you can’t wait to tell people what makes us stand out from the crowd. You’re the kind of person who can’t wait to jump in and take on something new. You’re creative and not afraid to be take some calculated risks to achieve results we never thought possible!

You’re ambitious and excited to immerse yourself in our space and really champion all things Voxter!

This highly visible generalist position has both the breadth and depth that will see you leading our marketing efforts and collaborating with our leadership to execute our marketing strategy. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate Social and Content Strategy

• Be our brand champion & own brand consistency

• Strategize and create Blog posts and manage syndication to relevant forums & social media

• Create and produce testimonials and infographics

• Website content management

• Brainstorm, design and create marketing campaigns for different market verticals (including landing pages, marketing communications, Direct campaigns, digital campaigns, PR etc.)

• Collaborating with sales team, developing strategies to generate leads

• Coordinate and manage the exposure for product launches

• Organize marketing events, conference presence, training seminars and process consequential leads to sales

• Manage social media accounts to leverage leads and activity

• Manage the stationery updates and office brand support, such as templates, presentation materials and letterhead

• Manage vendors for SEM/SEO and PR outreach and ensure delivery and consistency of the brand throughout marketing campaigns

WHO DO I NEED TO BE TO KICK ASS IN THIS ROLE?

• At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role (examples of previous work required)

• Are genuinely curious and interested in new technologies and our market space

• An ownership mentality to solve challenges and work through any roadblocks

• Extensive experience managing multiple marketing projects and initiatives --- you’re a wiz at juggling multiple and sometimes competing priorities

• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and internet marketing

• Full-stack marketing experience - we are looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who is comfortable working across multiple marketing disciplines

• Strong written and oral communication skills - you excel at communicating technology to a non-technical audience

• Familiar with client relationship management database tools (Hootsuite etc)

• Familiarity with Inbound Marketing solutions (HubSpot etc)

• Strong project & event coordination and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable in multi-tasking fast-paced, deadline driven office; ability to manage tasks with minimum supervision

• Positive and outgoing personality

• Ability to think strategically and creatively

• Bonus points if you have completed a Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications Degree
