We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our office located in Vancouver to support all service lines. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong print and digital design skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Graphic Designer will design and develop materials to support business development initiatives, marketing campaigns and property marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and produce a wide range of digital and print-based marketing and promotional materials
• Design customized deliverables per business line and client needs, including new graphical elements that are visually appealing, while adhering to our brand guidelines
• Create and format HTML graphics for digital use
• Oversee and coordinate production processes including scheduling, selecting production media and materials that meet budget requirements and inspecting proofs for accuracy and adherence to appropriate production standards
• Guide multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Apply and maintain company identity and brand standards
• Identify and interpret graphic design needs and develop appropriate design concepts

Quelifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 3+ years of design experience
• In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience in HTML and digital design best practices
• Real estate experience preferred, but not required
