Job Description

This role helps lead a talented team of marketers with a specific focus on executing lifecycle marketing activities to retain guests across programs as part of lululemon’s Email Marketing Team. You will be a hands-on manager implementing and deploying email marketing strategies on our platform tools. You’ll be an expert in ESPs and automation.

You’ll be a key partner with brand marketing, product and retail teams and represent a team which contributes significant revenue to the business. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of lululemon’s growing marketing team with an ability to make a huge impact.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of successful email leads
  • Build complex, multi-layer email programs and campaigns on our internal email platform tools
  • Be the key face of email for lululemon, leading discussions with cross functional partners to deliver both retail revenue, product revenue and engagement growth
  • Plan communication’s in partnership with Brand and Product Merchandising
  • Integrate business logic in deployment to meet marketing strategy requirements
  • Manage the team to execute A/B testing and reporting back of results
  • Manage the team to perform QA to ensure seamless deployment
  • Drive personalization in partnership with guest insights, merchants and product teams
  • Communication performance to cross functional team members and leadership teams
  • Be in proactive communication regarding status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, etc
  • Trouble shoot when issues arise and provide report

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years marketing-specific experience with a global retailer
  • 3+ years experience in leading a team
  • 3+ years experience in a high-growth environment
  • US market experience a must have
  • Email deployment experience in ESPs including Responsys
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing,
  • KPI tracking and advanced ROI analysis,
  • Ability to inspire innovation on technical platforms & processes
  • Be a thought leader on email and retention programs
  • Critical thinker with creative solutions to solve challenges and meet business requirements Strong passion to learn and grow and takes initiative to succeed
