This Role
Do you have the entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of a market and really grow it via a combination of prospecting and account management? Are you good at listening to problems and selling solutions?
We are looking for a smart, experienced sales person with a passion and understanding in the sports and/or entertainment verticals or experience in consultative sales. You will work with top brands to deliver innovative youth engagement solutions and will be responsible for finding, qualifying and closing leads.
Responsibilities
Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls
Establishment for ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers in current pipeline of leads
Strategic research and qualify new leads
Consistently meet or exceed sales lead targets for new business
Developing and maintaining a sales call plan for new business
Maintain sales generation via leads generation system
Demonstrate the benefits of Mazu products to prospects and clients
Prepare proposals for prospective customers
Answer both technical and business questions that arise throughout the sales process
Possess active listening and open ended questioning skills
Understand up to date sales technologies used in the current sales landscape
Qualifications and Skills
Persistent, high energy personality
Being a star B2B Technology Sales person (need demonstrable evidence)
Minimum Experience: 4+ years of outside sales experience, networking or related experience
Proven record of success achieving sales targets
Confidence in talking about technology and related metrics
Positive moral compass
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
