Guestfolio, part of Cendyn Hospitality Cloud, is looking for an individual with the ability to communicate effectively, account management experience, and HTML and CSS skills to join our ever growing team in Whistler, British Columbia. You will be responsible for on-boarding and producing a steady stream of high quality digital designs across multiple communications platforms, including email and our CMS, for multiple new accounts that sign with Guestfolio. You will work closely with each client from contract signed to activation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• On-boarding new clients and guiding them through the functionality and how-to-use Guestfolio
• Training (online) for each client
• Building new accounts using skills such as HTML (web and email knowledge preferred) and our CMS
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth build process and seamless setup for the client
• Answering content support queries
• Learn and advocate best practices in web design, content strategy, and digital marketing using CSS to meet design specifications of customers for the specific application
• Work on HTML emails for customers and create best practice HTML email template

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE SEEKING

• Proven account management experience working on multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Great communications skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of OSX operating system and graphical editing applications such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Prior experience building and designing with HTML
• Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people with wide-ranging backgrounds and experience, both within and outside the organization
• Highly professional manner with ability to work effectively under pressure
• Willing to learn and improve skills when an opportunity arises
• Team player who is willing to collaborate as and when needed
• Knowledge of travel technology products, capabilities, and business use desired
• CRM or IT experience and knowledge of Guestfolio competitive landscape desired
• Working knowledge of the software development process and of software design desired
• Highly beneficial to have any Guestfolio product experience prior to joining
