Manager, CECR Program Marketing Full-Time
Several years' experience in a marketing communications role is required. Postsecondary education in communications, marketing, business or related field, and business experience. Extensive experience in the use of all marketing strategies including print, web, social media and mobile is essential.
Extensive experience with all social media tools, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn is required. The position requires an innate curiosity to explore new and emerging tools.
Experience and proven aptitude in managing a growing team of professional marketing specialists is necessary.
Experience dealing with all relevant vendors, including internal and external graphic designers, writers, printers and others is required; experience in commercialization, entrepreneurism or startup firms is an asset. This position requires a strategic thinker, with experience developing marketing strategies and managing marketing budgets.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will be a strong team leader and team player with the ability to work independently with minimal direction; a quick thinker and creative problem solver, with strong attention to detail.
A poised, professional, pleasant personality is required.
The position requires proficiency in the use of web tools such as Dreamweaver, Google Analytics, WordPress, MailChimp, and extensive experience using Microsoft Suite. This position is contingent on funding
